What should I wear?+
Comfortable clothing is best. In most cases, clothing that allows access below the elbows and knees is enough. Treatment clothing can be provided if needed.
Can I receive treatment in English or Japanese?+
Yes — sessions are available in Japanese and English. With translation support, simple communication in other languages may be possible, but treatment is clearest in Japanese or English.
What is physio-informed acupuncture?+
It combines Japanese acupuncture with the clinical assessment methods used in physiotherapy care, plus ultrasound guidance when appropriate.
